Navigation Tools is the specific menus where we look to `add` to our ENC chart. It ranges from being able to use an EBL/VRM to how we can quickly `draw` on the chart in the event of a man overboard.
In Navigation Tools we also look at how we define safe water, `draw` on the chart, and look at ways of fixing the vessel or better put `proving GPS correct`.
