It is important to understand that the majority of the World has not been re-surveyed for the compilation of ENC charts. It is paramount that you understand the reliability of your chart which may have been surveyed many years ago, albeit recently issued as an ENC.
You need to ensure that you can access the ENC layers, and in particular be able to review CATZOCs and understand their importance.
